How it works
Before
we begin:
I will conduct a customized food preference assessment
at your home. We will meet to go over what kinds of food you like to
eat and to discuss any food allergies and your dietary goals. Your weekly menus will
be customized with your specific likes and needs in mind. We will discuss
menu pricing, and the first payment will be made at this time.
Each week:
I will email you a custom-designed menu by the Thursday
prior to your scheduled cooking day. If you have any changes or special
requests, you'll let me know at this time. If you prefer, you can also
order off of my seasonal menu, which changes
quarterly.
On your designated cooking day, I will shop for and prepare the food
in the safety of your own kitchen, using mostly my own equipment. Your
meals will be labeled and packaged along with simple re-heating
instructions, and your kitchen will be left spotless.
Pricing:
The service is $40 per hour for shopping and cooking, plus the cost of ingredients. A typical cooking day will range from four to six hours. Payment is due prior to or at the start of each cook date.
